How to place an order
You can purchase some of our delicious cupcakes by emailing Katie’s Personalized Cupcakes & Cakes.
We require at least 48 hours notice for regular orders. For any special requirements such as corporate logos, weddings etc for cupcakes we require at least 1 – 2 weeks prior notice. For Novelty cakes We require 2 weeks notice and Wedding cake we prefer you the customer to have an appointment with us to work out your design and colour scheme.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that due to a higher demand for orders on the weekend, we can only take a specific amount of orders. In order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you place your order as early as possible.
